manicured fairways and coastal forest. Created in 1985
when Denis Barker decided to turn his diary stud farm
into a golf course, Selborne’s claim to having one of
the premier championship golf courses in the country is
well justified when you consider the amount of both
professional and amateur golfers from around the world
who return every year for the pleasure it gives them.

Durban Country Club
The
Golf Course opened in 1922 and two years later Durban
Country Club staged the first of many South African
Opens. The course overlook the Blue Lagoon estuary and
the Indian Ocean has hosted 16 SA Opens in total, more
than any other club in South Africa.
